Victor Lira is the President of Support Services for Aveanna Healthcare, overseeing all operations for Respite, Day Care, Personal Assistant and Financial Management Services (FMS) services for over 25,000 I/DD individuals.

He has over 20 years of experience in serving the disabled population since he entered the field after graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Psychology.

He serves on the board of directors as Treasurer for the Autism Society of Los Angeles along with multiple committees, advocacy groups, Regional Centers and work groups throughout the state dedicated to improving the lives of those he serves.
