Ronda Kopito currently serves as the Resource Specialist for the Autism Society of Los Angeles, responsible for connecting consumers with support and services they need. She is also the founder of LESNplan; a school based program that offers special needs empathy and bullying prevention training to local school districts. Passionate about empowering families in the IEP process, Ronda advocates for individuals with special needs.

Ronda received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Davis and earned a multiple subject teaching credential from California State University, Northridge. She is mom to Tyler (21) and Rachel (18), which have both benefitted from her experience and advocacy skills.
