ASLA proudly launches the Self-Advocate’s Speakers Bureau for adults of alldisabilities over 18 years old.If you are an adult with a disability who likes to speak in front of audiences to create acceptance of differences, please see the flyer below. San Fernando Valley will be coming soon!

ASLA launches the 1st in a series of Community Town Halls. December 9 will focus on Special Education – Please note this is across all disabilities.  Representatives from a range of school districts will attend to hear your concerns.  Future Community Town Halls will include Regional Centers and Medical & IHSS. (see flyer below for RSVP details)

Our friends at South Bay Down Syndrome Association have an event on December 12th which is relevant to the Autism community – How to Give Testimony and Influence Public Policy. We look forward to seeing you at this event! (See flyer below for RSVP details)
