ASLA’s 2016 “It’s a New Day, It’s a New Life: Preparing for Dramatic Changes in the Developmental Disabilities System” Conference is now OPEN! Learn about the new Federal requirements for Inclusion and the Self-Determination Program.

December was a great month for our community and included…
- A wonderful evening at UCLA with the presentation by Steve Silberman, author of the book NeuroTribes – The feedback was very positive!
- A fun family event trampoline jumping at Sky Zone in Van Nuys!
- Sponsoring and attending the Laugh Zone at iCan in Hermosa Beach.
- Continuing bi-monthly participation in the LAPD MEU training to educate officers on Autism, to improve the outcome of interactions.
