Gina founded Cardinal Blue Consulting (CBC) to offer strategic marketing and business services for creative entrepreneurs and business owners. She developed the Creators Marketing Method, a soulful and effective brand new way to market creative businesses and startups. Her experience spans major studios, media for technology companies, entertainment startups, retail, wellness and investment banking.
Prior to CBC, Gina was a Senior Consultant in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology group at FTI Consulting. She created strategies for entertainment brands, tech firms, and others launching technology products. She also conducted commercial and financial diligence for private equity clients, and she advised on merger integrations.
Gina Joined FTI from 20th Century Fox’s Strategy & Business Development group. There, she analyzed potential acquisitions of companies and content for the film studio and facilitated the acquisitions. She modeled licensing and distribution options. She also upgraded rights management capabilities in-house and through the vendors she managed.
Before that, Gina worked with digital media companies producing online content. She created metrics to analyze proposed assets, tracked and forecasted the efficiency, revenue, and social media presence of existing content, and built business development initiatives.
Gina has a brother with autism and helped produce a documentary film about employment opportunities for adults with autism. She is now working on a documentary looking at skilled nursing elder care for adults with autism.
